1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time 

  • Quick Dispatch: All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 12 to 24 hours of order placement.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery & Third-Party Logistics 

  • We ship all orders through reliable third-party courier partners (Logistics Services).

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS to check the real-time status of your package.

3. Important Note Regarding Delivery Timelines

  • Our Control: Packing and handing over the order to the courier partner within 12–24 hours is entirely under our management.

  • Courier Responsibility: Once the parcel is handed over to the third-party courier service, the transit time and actual delivery date depend on the courier company’s operational routes and procedures.

  • Tracking & Support: After dispatch, our team can monitor and track the package location on your behalf. In case of any unexpected delay from the courier partner's end, we will fully coordinate with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across India usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code/location.
